Are you looking for a thick, comfortable pair of liners to put in your aggressive shells? Look no further – the MyFit FatBoy from Powerslide is the answer. This superb liner has become the most popular one among whole MyFit line thanks to its excellent price to quality balance.

FatBoy is made out of high grade polyurethane and EVA foams, anatomically shaped to give maximum level of comfort to the user. By using different foam thicknesses and densities in key areas, Powerslide have achieved a perfect fit and heel lock. The liner tongue is of medium width and thickness, having some degree of flexibility to not affect forward flex of the skates in negative way. The upper part of the liner is laced, allowing you to secure its tongue in place better and achieving closer overall fit.

Toe area is made out of SBR material which stretches in 4 ways. It is quite important seeing that FatBoy is a dual-fit liner – no matter if you have smaller or bigger size out of the two (or even a siez in-between!), it will adjust to length and width of your foot. The outer material is durable elastane and parts exposed to damage from buckle and cuff mounting hardware are additionally reinforced with PU artificial leather. The bottom part of the liner is covered with the same material, thanks to which the liner does not slip around in the shell.

FatBoy can be heat moulded in the heel and ankle area, allowing you to achieve even better fit than with a normal break-in period. The process is straightforward and all you need is electric oven (we can help you with that in our brick and mortar shops!). Furthermore, it can be repeated multiple times. Gone are days of enduring discomfort, pressure point and abrasions, waiting for the liners to finally break-in. FatBoys allows you to adjust them to your anatomy before taking them for a first ride.

We recommend FatBoy for wider shells with more overall volume, especially in ankle and cuff area. It also works wonders for people who have oversized shells in relation to their feet i.e. EU41 feet and EU41-42 shell. Thanks to its thickness it will fill the leftover space in shell much better, giving you a more responsive skate as a result.
