Billy O’Neill’s first pro model under the Mesmer banner. A true icon of the New York scene and co-owner of the brand, Billy is still going strong after all these years – and the Mesmer Throne Billy O’Neill Cream is the result of his entire career: a tribute to the culture he helped shape.

This complete comes in a flat setup with 60 mm wheels featuring a unique dual-durometer construction. The outer 90A wheel delivers the right mix of grip and cushioning, while the harder 95A inner wheels give you precise control on every slide. You get Kizer Fluid V frames in two dedicated sizes: S (up to EU 40–41) and L (from EU 42–43). Fast Wicked ABEC 9 bearings are built for durability and long, smooth sessions. The setup is completed with a Kizer Supreme buckle for a locked-in fit and clean look, plus a Mesmer lace tag on the laces as a finishing touch. The Mesmer Throne Billy O’Neill Cream features a refined shell with more room in all the critical areas and an upgraded liner for a dialled-in feel. Inside, you’ll find the improved Myfit Prime liner – thicker, stiffer and holding your foot as if it were molded into it. Zero heel lift, zero dead space, full control.
