The Roces 5th Element Ilia Savosin – Fire inline skates are a high-performance, limited-edition model built specifically for aggressive skating. Designed in collaboration with pro skater Ilia Savosin, this edition combines a bold, fiery red colorway with serious functionality for urban and park use. It draws from the classic 5th Element shell—originally released in the '90s—but has been fully modernized to meet today’s demands in street skating.

At the core of these skates is the durable and supportive hardboot construction, offering excellent ankle support and shock absorption. The boot includes a streamlined liner with a snug fit, providing control and comfort during grinds, gaps, and technical tricks. The skate also features a wide soulplate area and replaceable backslide plate, ideal for locking onto rails and ledges.

The frame setup is Roces’ UFS-compatible RF1 frame, the skates come equipped with four 60 mm 92A wheels and ABEC 5 bearings, delivering a solid balance of speed and grip on rough urban terrain and smooth skatepark surfaces.

Wide and spacious shell of Roces 5th Element skates may cause some problems with the selection of the right size - remembering that the skates are produced only in three shell sizes, we recommend choosing a size at least 1x smaller than our shoes, additionally following the given Mondo Point in the size chart:

  • Size 1 - marked by the manufacturer as EU 39-40, in real-life it is 250-255 mm long
  • Size 2 - marked by the manufacturer as EU 41-42, in real-life length it is 260-270 mm long
  • Size 3 - marked by the manufacturer as EU 43-44, in real-life length it is 280-285 mm long
  • Size 4 - marked by the manufacturer as EU 45-46, in real-life length it is 290-295 mm long
