Who does not know Takeshi Yasutoko? Extremely talented rollerblader from Japan, who became a professional rider at the age of nine, competing in the very first edition of X-games contest back in 1995. Since then, he has been winning podiums of major, world-class events involving vert skating. Having earned over twenty-five gold medals or even Gunnies book record, Takeshi Yasutoko is definitely one of the most recognizable aggressive skaters outside our industry and for the 2022 season he receives his long overdue, signature pro model of Aeon skates from USD brand.

Based on exclusive Unibody design, USD Aeon Pro Takeshi Yasutoko skate is a smart way to combine the skate shell and the frame into one durable piece. As a result we are given a super light skate with very low centre of gravity, allowing for noticeably better performance and the ultimate control over our tricks. The pro model of japanese master is obvously the 68 mm frame variant, assuring the evident speed boost, especially needed while skating transitions or a vert ramp. Despite the bigger wheel size, the integrated frame will still be lower to the ground than most competiting solutions. Furthermore, breaking free from the UFS standard allowed for the increased center wheels split, creating a very accessible flat setup for beginners. The perfectly aligned frame groove corresponds to the one in the shell, eliminating any risk of wheel bite when performing grinds.

In order to secure ankles properly, primarily when landing big airs on the vert ramp, the USD Pro Takeshi Yasutoko comes equipped with two buckled straps. The upper strap with the option of adjusting the length and a sturdy additional 45 degree strap that prevents the heel lifting inside the shell. The standard lacing system is supplemented with an extra one from the liner. This allows for a lot of freedom in controlling the flexibility, which combined with the adjustable position of the cuff, is an important feature in customizing the equipment to our own needs.

On a special request of Takeshi, his skate is offered with the Myfit Recall Dual liners. Being one of the thicker liners in Myfit collection, it provides much more volume and higher density, ensuring the optimal shell filling and eliminates any pressure points. The optimal choice for skaters preferring fat padding. The special Recall foam that constantly adapts to our foot shape will ensure maximum comfort, both during short sessions and intense rollerblading work outs!

USD Aeon Pro Takeshi Yasutoko skate is a complete set for aggressive skating, delivering consistent speed and performance in all conditions. Definitely one of the more universal solutions that will give us a taste of bigger wheels without sacrificing our favourite tricks. Vast configuration options, high-quality components and a stylish, maroon-black colour scheme. The skates are available in four separate shell sizes, each covering two foot sizes.
