Signature PRO frame of Joe Atkinson by Sola. SOLA Street - Joe Atkinson is a Hi-Lo frame. A Hi-lo term refers to frames which inner wheels are positioned lower then the outer ones. The general idea is to be able to use larger, faster outer wheels while maintaining the low center of gravity characteristic of aggressive skates. Thanks to this solution, the aggressive frame with a standard height will give us more speed without hindering the grinding itself.
